Branding an Icelandic film production company that’s as impressive as their location.
Truenorth specializes in delivering unique, high quality production services to companies wishing to encapsulate Iceland's sparse, mighty presence for the screen. Founded in 2003, the company has line produced feature films for all the major studios, recent productions having included Prometheus and Star Wars VII : The Force Awakens.
The identity references the Arctic North, using a compass device in the wordmark to underscore the company’s location and importantly their people - those who take you to some of the most spectacular, remote locations on the planet.
A stark, minimal aesthetic combined with satellite imagery of the polar ice-cap creates a sense of Iceland's harsh yet beautiful natural environment.
The identity has been executed across a range of applications including: stationery, brochures, website, livery and motion graphics.
